The decision to fire Avril was a very strange one. I mean, it was so obvious that Joanna's presentation and Orla's poor job as a project manager lead to the loss of the team. They should have been fired.
I really think Bill Cullen is weird. Did you know that so far, nobody who has been the project manager and lost the task has been fired? That is weird, considering the fact that the project manager has the most chance to get fired if their team lose.
