PIGS: Spend a day on a large free-range pig farm. Watch the pigs being fed using an amazing machine that fires their food through the air! See a family of tiny, newborn piglets and watch as they venture outside for the first time. We visit the mill where the pig's food is made and even go to a cheese factory to find out where the whey used to make the pig's food comes from.

CHICKENS: See how thousands of hens are cared for on a large free-range farm. Find out about different kinds of chickens and their wild ancestors. See how thousands of eggs are collected by an egg-citing machine before being sent to the egg-packing factory. Watch the eggs being sorted and packed into boxes. See a broody hen as she sits on her nest and hatches some chicks, plus watch some chicks hatching in an incubator!

We bought this DVD for our kids and they are absolutely crazy for it! We have a number of childrens 'farm' DVDs and this is by far the best. Very entertaining, highly educational and really well put together - a proper professional production. I would recommend this to anyone who's children are interested in farms, farm animals and farm machines.  Great voiceover by Justin Fletcher as well!

This is a brilliant introduction to life on the farm for young children, especially those that live in the city and don't get to see the countryside often, I love the little chicks hatching, the children love the tractor at night.
