1 kg is equal to 7700 calories so it makes sense that you only gained 1 kg

I'm interested in one thing. How is it physically possible for an anorexic (or recovering anorexic) person to eat all the stuff you named? I'm curious 'cause I've been on a diet for almost a year some time ago (nothing unhealthy, I was seriously overweight and needed it) and I actually had a 'binge', if I can even call it that way, after all those months of eating healthy foods in small portions and having eaten one small pizza and a few spoons of ice-cream I felt like I was about to vomit.

@SkylarPro heyy, yeah i can't tell you how cause i duno really, i just could.
this is what i think though... your tummy can expand to like a football size or bit bigger and becuase my leptin wasnt being produced, it was never telling my head i was full so i could jsut keep eating til it physically hurt. I never felt sick though. Although now cuase ive put on a lot more and my leptin is produced again i cannot eat that amount without feeling ill xx
