Looking good Ern! I really enjoy how Sifu Novell mixes up the traditional Chinese arts with modern boxing and footwork. I've been itching to get at you for a long time, as I practice traditional Yang long form and western style boxing. Nice little synergy! You guys practice in Harlem? I like to stay out the hood, as much as I can. lol. I have a bro out in Long Island, do you guys ever practice outside of the inner city limits? Peace! Keep stackin 'em

@JWMuslim What I teach is not boxing mixed in with my BaGua brother. BaGua strikes with the fist as well the palms. The techniques I teach are all based from what I was taught in YinBaGua. What makes my method of teaching people Bagua different then other BaGua teachers is I teach people how to apply Bagua freely with ones own individual expression of the art.
