These caregiver affirmations are great! Caregivers definitely need to have a good outlook on life so they would also make a good impact to their patients. Caregivers can also get the supports offered by technology to ease their worries and lighten up their loads.

one thing I had to do was say okay we have a bedtime. I was exhausted with no help of any one to help. that extra hour at the end of the day made all the difference or we would have both been down. so structure can help. and a rock n roll beat too.
