Travelers has no class when it comes to their employees. They need to train their management some social and people skills. All they care is the net profit to line their own pockets regardless of the cost of their employees. Ask about the high turn over rate and lip service. There needs to be more employment protection for the claims adjusters so they will get fairly compensated for the 24/7 hours they put in. Travelers is getting away with not paying their claim reps for all the long hours!

I was screwed by Travelers- from filing a workers comp claim.
I'm sorry they treat their employees this way, but it doesn't surprise me.
The adjusters I dealt with there were truly evil.
It's sad to think of a career at any insurance company, knowing what they really do.

This is about par with farmers. They did this to me as well. I am over 40 as well. They hired 2 college kids.
