But lose the goofy-sounding guy saying "PUHL!" in the background!
For some reason, most videos of women working out have some goofy-sounding guy, behind the camera, LOUDLY into the mic, saying things like "c'moh" or "lift", as if she didn't know how! It's just jarring, given how loud these goofy-sounding guys are, right behind the mic like that LOL
