Not only have we had a dry winter so far, we have also had a very mild one. Not good for organic cereal and bean farmers! A good cold winter would help deal any fungal diseases that may have come into our crops during a mild autumn and also will help control any populations of crop damaging insects. Roll on a cold snap!
