that's Mariusz Pudzianowski (pardon me if i misspelled that) he's a 5 times worlds strongest man and now competes in professional mma. i'm not sure on the wsm regulations but i know in mma, steriods are illegal. they're tested for before and after their fights in most organizations. it'd be pretty damn difficult for him to be 'roidin and get away with it.
