ok folks i have done abit more since my last vid i have removed the 4 post system and replaced with a 2 post i found down the scrap yard started to make the control box and am in the progress of adding all the buttons as you can see we have forward and reverse with speed control

Very nice, you did a good job. Check out mine. It's not so complicated but a lot cheaper. I"m not tryn to say you spent too much just noting the one advantage my mill has - cost. You did really good though and you must really want to do alot more logging than me from the looks of it. So any way, compliments to the chief, and good luck with the rest of your machine.
