I absolutely got goosebumps because around 1994-95 I was working at the Sear's store in the Florida Mall in Orlando & I had the honor of spending a few moments speaking with J.Brandis as he was shopping there. His was one of the sweetest spirits that I have ever enjoyed touching upon in all of my experience yet here on earth. The main question that I had for him was "How is it to work with Roy Scheider?" His reply was simply, "He's WONDERFUL!" I'll miss them BOTH!
LOVE to BOTH Families!

Nice work!

Roy was my favorite actor. His career just tanked though after All That Jazz. Do you have any idea what happened?

Is it possible to send me the song?

Roy will always have a special place in my heart because he killed the beast that scared me half to death as a little girl (Jaws) and played one of my favorite characters in literature of all time ("Doc/Scylla" in Marathon Man). Excellent video, truly wonderful and well-edited. I miss him....

Roy Scheider was one of my all-time favorites and was a childhood hero of mine after seeing him as Chief Martin Brody in "Jaws" and "Jaws 2." He epitomized the hard-boiled everyman with a heart of gold. I never had the chance to meet Mr. Scheider in person, but hopefully someday we will meet in a beautiful afterlife and I can tell him how much I admired his work. He made the world a richer place. Thank you for all the great big-screen memories.

Thank you. From what I hear, he was not just a good actor but a warm and wonderful human being. It is hard to find a bad Roy Scheider story in the industry and you know how the industry likes to gossip -especially about bad behavior and bad attitudes. Roy seemed to have neither.
