I didn't know these nice old Montego's had remote central locking with the indicators flashing too. Thats pretty cool. Did it come with the car originally or was it an aftermarket fit? :)

I like the dials a lot. If BL ever got one thing right, it was the design of their gauges in the '80s.

Great looking Montego. Is the paintwork original or have you resprayed it? What about the wheelarches and window edges? They were notorious rust hatches. Lovely and neat interior, too. If it were not for the shoddy build quality this model would have been a smashing hit for BL at the time, home and abroad. Cheers from Italy.
