Mountain Lion Sighting In Rio Nido CA

Controversy over recent mountain lion talks has escalated in Rio Nido CA (a small hamlet town located on the Russian River in Northern California). The missing pet posters has increased over the summer leaving everyone to wonder what exactly going on. Well as you can see by this video taken in the Canyon 7 region of the community there is definitely a big cat wandering the streets. Some of you have contacted me regarding the previous video uploads asking exactly how big is that cat. Without much in the foreground to give perspective it is difficult to tell but it surely appears much larger than a typical house cat (which some comments suggested).
