Mr. Edmonds goes through all the steps to find the density of an irregular solid object to the tune of "Afternoon Delight". If you teach "Properties of Matter", this should reinforce vocabulary and procedures in L. 2. Words and Chords are in "Docs" section on TeacherTube for "dsecms".
My students ( 8th graders) love your videos. Only problem is they blocked You Tube and I can't play them anymore. Are they located any where else? Teacher Tube?
Yes, they are on TeacherTube, which seems to take longer to load, but that is an alternative. My school unblocked YouTube this year because there are several educational features to it now. Thanks for the feedback!
I am not sure I understand the question but if there are two objects that are made strictly of silver with the same mass, and one is regular and one is irregular, and you use a different procedure to find the volume of each, they should come up with the same volume and the same density.
wow! this is so much help for my upcoming science test for density!thanks!

Besides being educationally relevant, clever and catchy, you have a VERY pleasant voice too. :-)
