@viper6699 Finally found a source. The 1 year limit only applies for Shenlong and the Earth dragonballs, specifically whenever he is wishing back a group of people. Porunga does not have this limitation, and can wish back anyone from anytime as many times as needed, provided they did not die of natural causes. This means that if Future Trunks ever found new namek, he would be able to wish everybody back save for Goku.

Of course he was the last to die. He hid while everyone else fought so by the time he was found everyone else was dead.

@darkerownage In that time line Vegeta was a super saiyan he was one in the main timeline before the androids arrived.
