@TheodorEriksson We have a very stringent, multi-layer hiring process. A lot of new people that you're seeing are still in one of the two trial-run segments. Typically we receive around forty applications, that gets narrowed down to about twenty interviews, and then to two or three test-run applicants. I hope to keep all current trial-run people on board. That depends on you guys. Will the free market say "yes"? Will there be enough orders?
