Controversy
Following his 2010 fight with Todd Duffee, Russow was widely criticised for taking the young prospects soul via Hammerfist of Doom. Most agreed that Duffee was already unconscious when Russow did the dastardly act, and it was rumoured that UFC may be banned from the country. In early 2012 Russow visited Duffee in the hospital and apologised.
