Where I come from this kid would have been beaten with a hose for talking with a disrespectful tone to adults. He probably was not breastfed, and sat in front of the television for twelve hours straight with crap filled diapers. What is wrong with parents these days?

Where I live in the UK, kids like this are commonplace. We are no-longer aloud to discipline our children in the way that our parents could discipline us. Parents that have needed to give an odd slap to a kid have had that child taken from them by the authorities. Most of the teenage kids now are out of control. And are addicted to alcohol, drugs and under-age sex. My country is going downhill fast. And in my opinion it is weak politicians the European Union and the environmentalists to blame.

@Codbelly2009 Kids are taught according to the latest fads these days be it creationism, evolution, 'saving the planet', alcoholism or self esteem and then expected to go home and reiterate parrot fashion to their parents and then praised for it. Any kid can do that as they are so receptive.  Applying the knowledge is much more difficult.
