Hinahanap Kita -Kundiman (Pilita Corrales)

Pilita Corrales has to her credit over 15 long playing (LP) albums and some 200 singles (45 RPM) in the Philippines, Australia, Japan and the United States and distributed over the world. Her versatility extends from Filipino love songs in Tagalog and Visayan dialects to English and Spanish compositions.

One of the most popular Tagalog Kundiman during the 1950's was Tito Arevalo's "Hinahanap Kita". It was originally popularized by the "Philippine Jukebox Queen", Miss Cely Bautista, in the 50's and was revived by Miss Pilita Corrales during the 70's when the Kundiman music were dying out and local singers were singing Western pop music.
