** Master Woo has earned teaching degree in Taekwondo (as a Major) from Yong-In University in Korea. Master Woo is 6th degree certified international master instructor from World Taekwondo Federation and has been teaching Taekwondo for 19years in the state. In addition, he has earned multiple teaching degrees including physical education teacher's license from the Ministry of Education in Korea and yoga teacher's license from Yong-In University. He has been involved in Taekwondo for more than 30 consecutive years.
In order to accomplish your stretching goals: Be completely enthusiastic and motivated and memorize the warm-up routine and position. It doesn't matter if you do not have the best flexibility. Set a short term goal and keep at it on regular basis with your best effort.
@GOREgio yes it is called ballistic stretching, only do this if you know how to do it correctly, as it may cause injury.

Great job Master Woo...! Thank you for taking the time. One of my favourite things about TKD is the stretching - always looking for new routines to add to my workouts. This one will fit well.
