@ryanthethird Got news for you sport, you cant MAKE people who want to get high take methadone. What you can do is wait for them to figure out how to get high without it getting in the way over everything or you can hope they CHOOSE to quit. There are 2 types of junkies, there are the kind that think about tomorrow, and actually can be productive in whatever they do. And then there is the kind who just want to be in the womb and are gunna die no matter what. Its clear which sid wuz

@redpunk1 Why sadly? I am not tryin to be a dick, but isnt the way things ended part of what made him what he is/was today? I mean, would you rather see some pretentious old fart sid now? "looking back"? I think its best to just accept things the way they are with out "sad" or "happy" or whatever. I will say i am glad Nancy went te way she did, cause she was a gutter rat.

I actullay think Nancy was a beautiful girl inside and out, maybe people judge her way too much back then, if her mother wasnt a bitch and sids mom wasnt a bitch either, they would still be happy and lived today, its always the parents fault, not the kids, i mean Sid & Nancy were both fucked up people who was made for each other, just people around them who fucked them up !

Cable access TV, as opposed to major networks, was typically in black and white in the 70's.
Though it looks to me as though this was filmed off of a black and white TV set as well, due to the hollow echo of the audio and the odd "black hole" effect on the film.

Sid was a bit of a moron imo. Lydon was the man...At least for me.

@matrags yep, gotta agree with you there,Lydon was the man for me aswell, talked so much sense bearing in mind that he was what,19-ish and had laughibly become public enemy number 1 in the uk..sid was able to talk sense but that doesn't make such good television unfortunately by the time he hit New york you gotta think that all hope was lost, sadly.
