Engineers Without Borders invites you to a public discussion:

Who said aid is dead? How Canada can improve the effectiveness of our development aid.

Our guest speaker's list currently includes Glen Pearson, MP for London North Centre and Critic for International Cooperation.

It will be a non-partisan, open discussion focused on how the Canadian government can better contribute to alleviating global poverty, and the role parliament and citizens can play in bringing about necessary change. A discussion for anyone interested in international development, foreign affairs, Canadian parliament, aid effectiveness or citizen engagement.
A moderated QandA will follow a talk by Mr. Pearson.
