No.14, Verse No.49 to 53 - it gives a novel way for disinfecting a house from plague of leprosy... disinfecting a house from plague of leprosy. It says that... 'Take two birds, kill one bird, take wood, scale it - and the other living bird, dip it in water... and under running water - later on sprinkle the house 7 times with it.

In Old Testament the lepers was considered cursed and outcast therefore they need sanctification for people to accept them back and for them to gain access to the society and blood represent forgiveness and sanctification in spiritual terms.

Its sad to see that a man like you is taking the scripture out of context, In chapter 14 from verses 1 it says God spoke to Moses Please note this is the same God & prophet whom you call as your God & prophet. What are you trying to say that your God & the prophet are stupid? If you look at in context then firstly you understand that he is not disinfecting the place but sanctifying an unclean house by virtue of a reconciling process that had to be done as per the law.
