This is our flexibility warm up we do before each pole lesson. It focuses on stretching out your muscles and increasing your flexibility.
You should always warm up before any form of exercise - it will help prevent you from pulling a muscle or straining yourself, but it will also enable you to perform at your peak flexibility.
I have also created a cardio warm up - to get your body moving and your blood pumping into our muscles and a muscle warm up - focusing on working your muscles and increasing your strength.
