  • should i catch the dvd drive by hand after power on the xbox to do half tray open ?

i know that we should let it fully open then power off the xbox then pushing it by hand to half open statut then power on the xbox..

but to make it be stopping should i catch dvd drive by hand ?

isn't true xbox does automatically close its dvd drive after power on from half open tray statut ?

    thanks

  • @welsel

Unfortunately, I'm not too familiar with the half tray method. I modded mine using the MRA hack. The JF tutorial explains in detail on how to do it. I've also seen youtube vids showing this process as well. Check those out and hopefully that'll lead you in the right direction. Hope this helps!

  • Thanks loads, your tut helped me a ton. Just wanted to ask, the part where you select your stock firmware, do you mean the actual xbox 360 firmware or the one you previously had before LT Plus?

  • @richboycool

I think either or. If it's stock firmware, it'll be the original one (i.e. Lite-OFW.bin). If you've flashed before and still have the Lite_CFW.bin file, I believe that should work too, but don't quote me on that. I have only and always used my stock firmware. Hope this helps!
