Man, the lottery can be cruel. They get your hopes up with 2 jumbos only to have them be 2 dollar prizes (on a ten dollar ticket? Blasphemey!). Better than nothing I guess.

IIRC, these Jingle Jumbo Bucks and the $20 Millionaire Jumbo Bucks are the only exception to the unwritten (as far as I know) "one JUMBO per ticket" rule.
