Any tips if you are serving and the ball goes up to the sun?

@TooManyPBJs You've got to place the toss either in front, behind, or to the side of the sun.

Or, you can try to make contact before the toss gets up into the sun.

Whatever you have to do, the reality is that no one ever practices having to toss to a different spot AS IF it's a sunny day.

Get out there and tinker with a Plan for having to toss into the sun.

i still dont understand the pronation on the second serve it confuses me because no one has really given me a good example
