@Diaporamator The only difference in the track between 1967 and 1971 was the Ford Chicane. The Ford Chicane was added in 1968, in an effort to slow the cars down entering the Pit Straight on the slightly downhill run from Maison Blanche. They ran through Maison Blanche until 1971....it was a blind, fast, tricky and dangerous S-Curve. They bypassed "Maison" beginning in 1972 with the addition of the Porsche Curves.

Ahhh, The Mulsanne Straight............... 3.2 miles from Tetre Rouge to the Mulsanne Corner. The 917K was clocked blasting through there at 241 mph. Then after Indianapolis and Arnage comes the fast rolling curves leading up to the fast, tricky, and dangerous blind S-curve @ Maison Blanche (White House)(the cars had the tendency to get a little loose on the exit of "Maison". Finally, no Ford Chicane until 1968.....just flat out past the Pit Straight. Yahoooooo!!!!!!!
Thanks for posting.,Vic
