I LOVED CROSNO!! He cracked me up with his humor!! He was ahead of his time sooo funny- I still think Rick Dees copied him- he was doing crazy things on the radio in the 60's! What a blessing to have had him in El Paso- we miss him alot and will never forget him!~~~<3

I used to live at the Crosno Mansion, I became a very close friend with Steve. I was lucky enough to have met him when I did. Mysteriously enough my great uncle Bobby & The Premiers were connected since The Crosno Hop Tv Show. He once gave me an Original 8 track recording of my Tio Bobbys music and told me a story of how it all went down. Steve Crosno will always be in Me ,my family and all my friends hearts and soul, Crosno is forever with us not just on Sundays anymore either,everyday.

I was fortunate to have met Steve Crosno back in 1973. I visited his Las Cruces home studio through 1977. He's the one reason I DJ now.

I know you're with the angels making them laugh, my very good friend, you have no idea how much I miss you, well probably you do because I know you're watching over me. You'll always be in my heart for being such a great person.... whattt?? LOL just had to throw a little of your own humor, I know you would've laughed at that. I remember Steve when I lived in El Paso 1973-75. He was the hardest working DJ in EP earning him the un-official title of "El Paso's Dick Clark". He was an early promoter of Tejano style music. Rock on Steve!
