@zadjaliz all 2 liter jdm sti engines rev up to 7800- 8k redline, and the rev limiter is about 8300 rpm.
I own a jdm sti v3 and it also revs up to 8k. but its useless to rev it that high.
on these newer sti´s they run twin scroll setup. they can go over 7.5k no issues :)

Stilll not a good test for these two cars.... in a drag race the STI i going to win more power and not to mention the EVO driver sucks.

Anyone noticed that newer model STi is revving up to 8000 rpm? hows that? as far as i know it should be revving to 7k right? even all video i saw it was 7k, WEIRD !

the evo was all over the place on the pilon test, doesnt corner well
