The wolf in Little Red Riding Hood is a trickster because he first tricks Little Red Riding Hood into staying in the woods to pick flowers for her grandmother, which gave him enough time to get to the grandmothers house. He then tricked the grandmother by dressing up as Little Red Riding Hood and then eating her. At the end, he tricks Little Red Riding Hood again by pretending to be grandma.
