I dont know many my grandpa, dad, and I have caught but im pretty damn sure I have each caught a few over 20lbs. They arent very sought after fish, more a fight than anything, so I never thought to turn over weights. Ive seen some pulled out that are 3ft long, and again, the redneck was just happy he caught something and.was.hungry.

do you just fillet them like any other fish? I caught 2 little buggers (7 and 8 lbs) last summer and dident know what to do with them.
