A presentation of TUME's Simulation of Milwaukee Road's transcontinental mainline through the Bitterroot's between Drexel, Mt and Avery, Id including Northern Pacific Lookout Pass Line between Haugan, Mt and Mullan, Id and using Auran's Trainz Rail Road Simulator. The film contains some real scenes taken from the Pentrex Video about the Milwaukee Road and a lot of background information. Enjoy watching. Is is the shortened version because of YouTube's time limitation. See the full version, including NP's Lookoutpass Line at: www.myspace.com/tume_um

  • Hallo - no its not on DLS!

But it is included into TS2010 as builtin. All you have to do is to get TS2010 - install it and soon you can play with the route called "Milwaukee Road Avery - Drexel". Its the first one on the list in surveyor.

    Have fun :-)

  • Did you do every single thing on this?

  • @thomasfan02

I did all the locos and the rolling stock you see, except the logging truck. The route contains about 840 different items. I created more than the half – the other is used from Built-In or DLS. At 05/09, I converted the route into TS2009 and made further improvements. Later I moved it to Auran, where it was added to the new simulator TS2010 available now for everyone.

  • Is 261 still being worked on or any of the rest of the milwaukee road stuff

  • Yes it is. Now I am about to get the route and its dependencies ready and also I am working to create sessions for it. This includes the SD40-2, one version of a Little Joe as well as a lot of my new freight cars. After that, I will go back to take care of the Quill Drive, the Bipolar and the S3 Northerns such as the 261.

  • Very nicely done...You have a great voice....Were you the one that was making that one MILW 261 4-8-4???

  • Yes, I did. But´I still have something to work at it, before I can release it. Thanks for your compliment.

  • Is the route on the dls? if so, how do I find it.

  • Could you please give me the kuid for the Joe with the red stripes? I would like to have it so it will match your olympian hiawatha cars. Also, is there a diner for your olympian hiawatha? I couldn't find it on the dls.

    Thanks, Colin

  • i had the fortune to work this entire line from summer of 1970 to end of era. Back then there was little to no pavement in the area. There was some from Avery to St. Regis via The Little Joe river. The electrification ended on the West End of the Avery Yard. The sound effects are amazing. What is identified as the Fire Patrol shed is the Section motor car housing. It was much longer than shown. I am running out of remaining characters. lol i hope i can help you more on this. Great Video

  • when is all this gonna be done?
