In Kansas City, Missouri, a cooperative training effort involving the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and "A Call To Oneness" equipped and enable individuals to enhance their marketability as it relates to their professional development. In addition to providing participants with a structured process for developing a knowledge base in respects to the written portion of the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) examination, efforts were directed towards providing a sense of awareness of career options. The intent of the training was to empower participants to emphasize and develop strategies for career and life planning. The partnerships and relationships that have been formed are valuable beyond description.
