Does anyone have a clue as to where one might find a full orchestral score to this? Or, is this one of those compositions that gets passed around to elite virtuosi, leaving the rest of us in the dust, so to speak?

Good luck trying to track down the score to this. Out of print as best I can tell. The LIbrary of Congress Heifetz Collection apparently has a piano reduction version (control #60001412). This score should be reissued, as it's a beautiful composition with historical significance (think composed for Heifetz, his recording, Perlman's recording, etc.). Would love to get my hands on a study score !!!
