    lol, this is a dramatization of Adam's life, not a training video! The point was to show hard work, and pain... and succeeding, and how he went on to be a very successful athlete. I mean... he also passed out after running, and did the rocky dance in the video, I thought the dramatization was obvious!?

    Relax man! It's meant to motivate!

  • hey adam...ive got jump freak reloaded and did it for about the first 4-5weeks and i think my vertical increased by an inch or 2..but thn i stopped it for about 5-6weeks cuz we had schoo exams and stuff ...frm today i want to start doing it again...but am confused if i shud start frm week1 of the program or continue frm week 5????

  • Adam if I'm doing barbell snatches and jumping with it like a 100 reps is that to much and also I'm doing 150 weighted lunges is this to much because I'm trying to build my fast twitch muscles and my leg muscles to but is it much
