Although breathtakingly beautiful, this spiral deep-sea siphonophore (unidentified species) is a deadly predator that dangles stinging tentacles to snare fish and shrimp. Magnificent creatures such as this were unknown before submersibles allowed humans to enter their watery realm.

    uuh... i dont think its in an aquarium.. if it where, the aquarium would probably have to be made of like a steel pressure chamber with like 2 inch thic acrillic windows if you wanted to see it.. the pressures that thing are used to are unreal..
