Yes but only over military fly zones which are not part of the NAS (nat'l airspace) and by DHS-CBP over parts of Florida but with a special very limited flight plan. They are not just flying over anywhere they please over the US NAS. Anyone who says or thinks that is just wrong.

My neighbor answered his door two weeks ago to a Federal Marshall. He had an arrest warrant and a picture of him with a turkey taken from a drone one day before turkey season opened. Another drone was spotted flying near there. We live in the Lower Suwannee national wildlife refuge in Florida. If anyone has any other information please respond. I didn't know this was legal yet.
