@edmehana My friend i must inform u that u are 100% wrong! Firstly albanian language has nothing to do with Greek language! Albanian is a satem language and Greek is a centum language! The names of the Gods have Greek origin and meaning and they belong of course to the centum branch of languages! After all Albanians have nothing to do with ancient Greece! Obviously u must inform your historical and lingual knowledges! ;)

I agree
ΖΕΥΣ εκ του ΖΕΙΝ > ΖΩΗ > ΖΩΟΝ (living being)
ZEUS derives from ZEIN (to live) therefore ζώον (being), ζωή (life).
The meaning of Zeus is immortal (eternal) life.

The name Apollo comes from the words "Αλφα απ' ολων" οr "Alpha ap' olon" which means "The first of All." He is very important that's why the USA had to use his name in their Apollo missions to space int 1960's and 70's. He still rules my friends and NASA knows it, that why the created MYTHODEA back in 2001.
