A quick hypnosis session so you can see how it feels. There will be no silly or dangerous suggestions; it simply takes you under for a bit and then brings you back up. If you watch hypnosis videos on YouTube, I suggest you watch this safety video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5yeTZeyoCs From http://www.ihypnou.com

  • This is not hypnosis

When your eyes are closesd, and you move your eyes to ''look at the moon'' or anything that makes your eyes look up, you eyelids physically cannot open when you try to open them while still focusing upwards! Hypnotised or not. Try it.

  • @laurahodson1993 If you pay close attention, you'll notice little tricks like that all over the place (not just in my stuff). Essentially, putting in suggestions that have a little physical help behind them helps a lot with rapport building in super short inductions like this. Using suggestions that you know have a good chance of working can be seen as cheating, but it's just good sense. Also, there are quite a few people who can open their eyes while looking up.
