Fantastic production values, great box, super looking cards... but... this game is NOT fun. Simple because all the non-stop maths... when attacking defending etc... very tiresome. That makes in NOT fun, and calculating all the time creates a huge non exciting downtime. A pity, because the game is a real looker.

@GameGuyG you can only have one in your legion (in play). you can have as many henchmen in your deck

@blankvsblank Magic is not a Deck Building game, it's a CCG.
You don't build your deck, it stays the same during the game.

when you say you can only have one hench man does that mean just ine or one of each?

As far as Deck Building games go, I wish someone would invent a game similar to Triple Triad Extreme, I adore and love that game and I would love to find a game similar to it that exists in the real world. While I know that Triple Triad Extreme DID come out as a collectible series of cards a while ago, the collectible cards are madly expensive on E-Bay and not exactly worth it. :(

Nice review and the art is killer! I love the box too and the PvP element. Player interaction is a big thing for me as a serious gamer.
