Andre Magnum Learning Shaolin Wushu Kung Fu

Nine year old Andre Magnum is featured in the up coming documentary, "A Boy In China".

Andre started studying Kung Fu at 3 years old under Master Richard Loewenhagen, the Children's instructors was, Crystal Melton.

By 6 years old he was being coached by Master Joseph Eagar. That summer he traveled to China to studying at Shaolin.

When he returned to the States he resumed his training with Traditional Kung Fu Master Eagar, and Wushu Master Jin HenLi. He also studied some with Kung Fu Master Kenny Perez.

He returned the next year as the only Westerner to ever attend Shaolin's as a full time elite Chinese student program.

After spending more than a year training at the Shaolin, Andre Magnum moved to Beijing. He is now as a full time student at the famed Shichahai Sports School, Jet Li's Alma Mater. His Wushu Coach is the renowned, multi-gold medalist, Master Liu Qing Hua.

Don't make the mistake in thinking that his traditional Shaolin style Kung Fu is suffering because he now studies Wushu Kung Fu. Andre's Shaolin Master, Gao Xiang (coach Dante), moved to Beijing with us and still continues to train with Andre. Master Gao Xiang has served as the lead in the Official Shaolin Temple Kung Fu show at the Temple itself.

Welcome fans and haters. We've not posted anything in a while, but Andre's still at it. This is the first video that Andre participated in creating. The music was his pick, and he wanted it to be funny so people would laugh so he insisted on the dancing and bloopers.

Of course you can share it. In fact it would be great if you could get all your friends to share it as well. We really need Andre to garner enough attention to attract a sponsor. We're trying to make sure he get pursue his dream, but it is pretty expensive. He's high profile and next year we'll compete in every competition, world wide, that we can get sponsorship for.
