Serial Killer's Demented Home Movies & Twisted Message

I wrote a letter to Dirk Jenkins, the depraved serial killer who was recently caught with several human heads which he kept in hat-boxes throughout his dilapidated ranch.
He wrote me back and this is his rambling response. He also authorized a relative to send me several reels of super-eight film from his childhood, home films. He wants to be famous. Pretty scary!

Maybe you should turn your neighbor onto this video. Sometimes, inconsiderate neighbors find the kind the kind of response that's more appropriate for their unruly conduct. For instance, a sock full of pennies is small investment you can make in creating a more peaceful environment. Be creative.
