Democratic presidential hopeful Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) said that he believes the proposed Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act (H.R. 1955/S. 1959) is unconstitutional. Speaking to a crowd of supporters in New York City Nov. 29, Kucinich took several questions from the audience, including my question on why he voted against the bill.
Kucinich was one of only six representatives to oppose the bill, which passed the House 404-6 on Oct. 23.
"If you understand what his bill does, it really sets the stage for further criminalization of protest," Kucinich said. "This is the way our democracy little, by little, by little, is being stripped away from us. This bill, I believe, is a clear violation of the first amendment."

i have to say...macarthy was right. he knew that what we know as communism was and is still infiltrating our country. they took his lagitamate concerns and turned them into a easily denounced witch-hunt. unfortunately when you dig really deep into what was really happening the gradual transition of america from democratic republic to staged democracy thats really socialism you see the threat macarthy was suspicious of.

Having COMMON SENSE and being political smart is not part of the criteria for being elected into office... However knowing how to blackmail an official does seem to be very high in their mandatory "self emprovement course". Seeing as how the + diodes have been reverse in what they call a brain, to give off a negative charge, when their constituents have spoken... is the 'new deal' in this modern cyber space age of Treasonous Masonic Corruption & Constitutional Resistance in CONGRESS.

I'm lost for words, this is surreal...What's so amazing about this bill is the people in government actually believe in it just about all congress voted for it and senate will too, they think that there's just some sort of terroist movement going on that people are being brainwashed, they are but by are own government. When in fact they have become the terrorists they seek to destroy.
