Bi-lo training video

This makes me so glad that I don't work there any more... everyone I worked with laughed at it.

I love the scenario with the lame "checklist" where the girl who looks and talks like she's just had a lobotomy serves the customer with a permanent smile on... oh and the woman who says "they look for me pacifically"

So like, I thought we'd progressed beyond the 1950s idea that no matter how incompetent you are, you're always giving good customer service if you're putting on a fake smile...

ha ha ha ha! I work at Bi-Lo in Georgia, US. I have the dumbest customers EVER. One lady wanted me to cut 12 pieces of swiss, then told me to go ahead and make it an even 15. ha ha ha ha! And then I was supposed to write Congratulations on a cake... and the customer demanded a discount because I didn't spell it right. She insisted it was spelled "congraDulations." Gah!

i work at the super bi-lo in Waltoboro, SC. i work with the strangest people imaginable. when i was on the night crew my manager was this dude whos 36 and lives with his mom. he has no friends and is a complete dick to everyone and he acts like stocking shelves is the greatest job ever! if i was 36 and lived with my mom i would kill myself. People even walk up to him at bi-lo and tell him to give up and kill himself. Yea hes that much of a dick that people encourage him to kill himself.
