"A Unique Federal City - 39529"
"What Exactly Is 39529? It's the zip code designation for a unique federal city that serves the nation in ways many people do not realize. NASA's John C. Stennis Space Center -- located at the 39529 zip code address -- is the nation's largest rocket engine test facility. Home to more than 5,000 federal, military and private company employees, Stennis Space Center truly is a city unto itself, complete with a post office, bank, credit union, daycare center, fitness center, convenience store, fuel station and more. And, as it has done since its establishment 50 years ago this October, Stennis Space Center tests the rocket engines that power America's space exploration dreams."
But have no fear about the extra rain - NASA is here to ASSURE you that they are not harming the environment, in accordance with state/federal emissions guidelines, mainly because they have special permits which allow them to bypass normal regulations:

I mean how trustworthy is that? They have their own on-site environmental assurance program giving them passes left and right.
The rainwater that is produced by the clouds is channeled into creeks and offshoots of the Mississippi River, in-depth info on that:

I'M JUST SAYING - It's suspicious, and shame on them.
P.S. From the looks of it they allow visitors during the rocket tests, I'd sure love to go just to document the raincloud it produced! I found some clips online as recent as February and April 2011 of engine tests out of MS, but I couldn't find any calendar or list of the exact dates and times that they conduct the tests (would be interesting to compare those dates to the weather in the area on the same days). If you stumble across it, let me know :) ^-^ ^0^
o.0 weird world
Ok so if the mass of Hydrogen is 1 and the mass of Oxygen is 16. Then the mass of water is 18. Half a million gallons of Hydrogen would make 9 million gallons of water in cloud form. The average rainstorm is 44 Million gallons for a 15 minute period of rain. Or as I read elsewhere "One inch of rain over one square mile equals 17.4 million gallons of water."... This machine certainly doesn't HELP, but I don't think it's solely responsible for floods.

@JamesMulvale well duh :p they are MODIFYING/MANIPULATING the weather. Weather will be there regardless, and they have more than just rocket engine tests as a means to exacerbate an already forming weather condition and turn it into a FRANKENSTORM like we have seen like never before this year. Right over our heads forming as we speak, too. mew

Did you see the lake? How it wasn't rumbling at all?
If it didn't disrupt the earth there, it's won't thousands of miles away.
