I usually make the traditional bastilla with the almonds but since I'm out of almonds I think I will try this one. This one is also a little less work. I think I will substitue the mushrooms, since no one in my house likes them, with something else. I will let you know how it comes out. Oh by the way, thanks for posting all of these things. I'm hispanic & my husband is moroccan & I learned how to cook moroccan food through here. Lets just say him & his friends don't miss home that much =)
