2 basic ingredients to awaken: One with Nature, one with Humans. If you are walking down the street and you ask a total stranger if they like pancakes or you wish them well, you will be closer to awake. Maybe sounds funny but the more we think we are accepted and approved the more efficient we become without self consciousness. If you had a wonderful upbringing without any abuse, and have nothing much to get over with regards to self-acceptance, then nature and people is perfectly enough.

I have read all of the bible......Replace where jesus says "I AM" and instead insert yourself. Jesus was a spiritual teacher.
