I know the 3D one which released to PS1 (I can't remember the name, if someone can give to me), I had a glitched disc when I reach the first boss, always enter in a debug (not debug room, but some debug codes)

@genro0107 Debug rooms often are found using means not provided by the game. This user has used a cheat to access it. They are used for testing many things, such as animations(seen with the giant Roll and giant Tron) or even level effects(like when he walked onto that platform and caught on fire).

Click on the last link in the discription, and go to "The Legends Series" section and go to the "UGR's Gameshark thread" the instructions are there.
It will not work until after the first two cutscenes.
