Sure Glenn, the borrowers were irresponsible. How dare they quit making their payments after their banks devised ways to profit from the destruction of their home's value. This market didn't fall off a cliff, it was pushed, and it wasn't the people who owned the homes that gave it the shove. Do your homework puppet boy.

I wonder how these 2 multi-millionaires would feel about "bailing out homeowners" if after putting up a 30% downpayment (our life's savings) to buy a house in a better school system, they were now faced the choice of paying on a mortgage that's $175,000 underwater (as a result of Wall Street evil and government failure) OR trashing their own credit for the privledge of starting over in the toxic world men like this created. Add in a real-life job with a real-life income, a wife, and 3 children.

Is he bashing low interest rates? People now have affordable mortgages...especially those who bought at the peak of the market, before the bubble popped. How crappy it is to make sure Americans can afford shelter!!! Those bastards.....what Dick says at the end is just a lie, my wife and I had to fill out ten pages of financial records to prove we could afford our house....it wasn't a hand-me.

Beck summarized the entire bailout fiasco: Responsible people being forced to give money to irresponsible, financially unqualified people so they can live in a house they could not afford. It's as simple as that, folks! And who is to blame? Barney Frank and Chris Dodd! This fiasco is the ultimate example of how the naive misguided sympathies of the Left turn out to be supreme failures that end up hurting and enslaving those they meant to help. Vote Frank and Dodd out of office! Buffoons!
